How to secure my wedding date and time slot?

Bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis. I cannot hold your booking open without confirmation   and payment of the booking fee. A deposit of 50% must be left at the time to confirm your booking. This deposit is deducted from the final balance. Deposit is non-refundable unless 6 months notice is given. Bookings are only official once I have received your deposit in full.

What is your coverage and travel fee?

Additional travelling costs will apply if further away.My mobile services cover certain areas of PENANG,BUTTERWORTH regions only. Please ask for costs on other areas. **ALOR SETAR..

Do you travel to my home or chosen venue?   

    I can cater to your actual day and wedding dinner sessions in my studio or in the comfort of your very own home. You do not wish to rush around in traffic just to have your makeup and hair done. You can relax while getting your make up and hair done 'fresh' right before you put on your wedding gown.

Do I entitle for any discount for more wedding sessions?     

Prices are fixed and subject to change, however once booked prices quoted will not change (except transportation fee which based on petrol prices).**have provide package

Are there any hidden surcharges?

       There will be no surcharge applies for your wedding event even it starts as early as 6am or during public holidays, for instance, New Years Eve. Please note that I will always discuss these extra fees beforehand and not surprise you the day of your event.

Do you provide stay back service?

       Yes. There will be extra cost for staying on touch up sessions during your wedding dinner reception. It depends on how many stay sessions you requested.

Do you provide any bridal accessories?

       I try to offers the best in bridal hair accessories and wear collections such as necklaces, bracelets & earrings. You are welcome to choose the suitable accessories to match the look you wanted. Client need to return the items within 14 days after wedding completed as these items are strictly for rental only.
